The Residential Estate
The Residential Estate is located in Wilsonville, OR. This site needed new access roads with proper drainage throughout this 25 acre parcel. The plan included soil strip drains, catch basins, retaining walls, and a water cistern for runoff purification. The site was completed in 2006.

Brandwein Meadows
Brandwein Meadows is a 22 acre site that is located off of Marine Dr. in Portland, OR. This site poses several challenges including existing wetlands, environmentally protected areas, and the fact that 75% of the site is below the 100-year flood plain. The plan is to restore and expand the existing wetland on the western portion of the site and to take the material removed from around the wetland to raise the eastern portion of the site to above the 100-year flood elevation. This will allow us to create approximately 10 acres of development-ready land that is above the flood plain.

Harder Estate
Don Cushing Associates is creating a grading plan with three different retaining walls each about 250 feet long to accommodate a 6000 square foot addition on a very steep hillside on the Harder Estate. Height varies from five to fifteen feet. This design includes modifications to the existing septic system and leach fields. Various modifications to existing road alignments are also required. The design includes grading for a separate barn structure several hundred feet away from the residence. This project will be completed in conjunction with Lloyd Hill Architects.

Oak Street Townhomes
The Oak Street Townhomes development is located in Tigard, OR. Don Cushing Associates provided the storm water management and erosion & sediment control plan. Site improvements included street widening, new sidewalks, water quality, and storm detention. This project was completed in the winter of 2007.
